24/7 emergency drain & sewer response across metro Denver

Service areas

Where we clean drains across the Denver metro

We serve Denver proper and the surrounding metro. Technicians are staged across the map so most emergency calls are reached the same day, and scheduled work is usually available within 24 to 48 hours.

Neighborhood matters more than it might seem. The age of the housing stock, the pipe material used when it was built, and the trees planted along the street together predict what we will find in the line before we arrive.

What we typically find, by area

Pre-war central Denver — Baker, Congress Park, Park Hill, Berkeley, Highland

Clay-tile laterals, cast iron interior waste, mature elms and silver maples directly over the sewer path, and frequently no exterior cleanout. Root intrusion dominates, and camera inspection is almost always worth the cost here.

Mid-century neighborhoods — Virginia Village, Harvey Park, parts of Aurora and Lakewood

Cast iron and, in some cases, Orangeburg laterals installed in the post-war building boom. Orangeburg deforms with age and should never be jetted; identifying it early changes the entire repair plan.

Newer suburbs — Green Valley Ranch, Central Park, Thornton, Broomfield, Centennial

PVC throughout, which means structural failures are rare and problems are usually usage-driven: wipes, kitchen grease, and occasional bellies where expansive clay soil has settled unevenly.

Commercial corridors — Colfax, South Broadway, RiNo, Federal, downtown

Dense restaurant clusters on small laterals with heavy grease load. These lines want a jetting schedule rather than reactive service, and we work overnight so kitchens stay open.
