Mile High Drain Cleaning exists because drain work kept being treated as an afterthought. In most plumbing companies it is the entry-level route: a small cable machine, a quick clear, and a hand-off to a salesperson if anything looks complicated. That model produces a lot of repeat visits and very few actual diagnoses.
We built the opposite. Every truck carries cable machines in multiple sizes, a jetter, and cameras for both branch and main lines, because the correct method should be chosen by what is in the pipe rather than by what is in the van. Our technicians spend their entire working week in drains, which is the only way anyone gets genuinely good at reading them.

What we will tell you that others might not

That the sewer another contractor told you to replace has ten more good years in it. And, when it is true, that the pipe really is failing and no amount of cleaning will change that.
None of that is charity. A specialty business survives on referrals and repeat commercial contracts, and both are built by being the company people trust with the honest version.
